about me

Hi, I’m Purnima

Hatha Yoga teacher · Sivananda tradition · 10+ years of practice & teaching

A supportive practice that meets you where you are.

I completed my 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training in India through the Sivananda Yoga tradition. That foundation includes traditional Hatha Yoga, asanas, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, and yogic philosophy.

I work with beginners, intermediate students, and busy working professionals who want more balance, strength, flexibility, and calm in daily life.

My classes combine Hatha Yoga, pranayama, mindful movement, and relaxation. Whether you are taking a first step or deepening an existing practice, you can move at your own pace in a welcoming space.

How I teach

Expect clear cues, room to modify, and no pressure to perform. Yoga is for everyone — regardless of age, experience, fitness level, flexibility, or physical ability.

The goal is simple: make yoga approachable, supportive, and meaningful enough that you want to return.
